Players can make easy and secure deposits into their OLG Wallet or make a lottery purchase using Direct Pay using Apple Pay. Players can use the credit or debit cards stored in their Apple Wallet to make a deposit or Direct Pay purchase. Apple Pay can be used on your iOS Mobile and Web devices (iPhone, iPad, & MacBook).
Apple Pay is compatible with iOS devices and currently is only available using the Safari browser or your OLG app.
No. OLG doesn’t charge any fees for depositing funds into your OLG Wallet or making a Direct Pay lottery purchase.
Financial institutions may place restrictions on the type of transactions they allow or apply additional fees associated with the credit or debit card you use in your Apple Wallet to complete a deposit on OLG.ca. For example, cash advance fees. Please contact your card issuer to find out any restrictions or fees that may apply.
In order to play on OLG.ca, you need to create an account. Once you have an account, Apple Pay is one option to deposit funds in your account or make a lottery ticket purchase using Direct Pay. Currently, there are no options for guest play, but we are always looking at ways to improve the OLG experience.
