Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is an added layer of protection implemented at account log-in through a third-party application installed on a mobile device that uses a Time-based One-time Password Algorithm. This feature ensures that you are the user logging into your account.
The process is simple: Login to your account and verify your account with a code via your authenticator app or on your desktop.
Please note that if enabled you will have to use MFA every time you login to OLG.ca and for PROLINE.
We want you to feel safe. This includes making sure your account is protected by logging in and using a verification code to ensure your player identity.
However, this is not mandatory or necessary. It is an option for an extra level of security.
Though it is your choice, please note that if enabled you will have to use MFA every time you login to OLG.ca and for PROLINE.
LOGGING IN WITH MFA
Now that you have enabled MFA, you’ll quickly authenticate your account each time you login.

CONGRATULATIONS!
You have now successfully logged into your account with MFA and are ready to play! This will be part of your new routine, ensuring you feel safe and secure each time you login.

This is the second or “multi” part of the multi-factor authentication process.
