To set up or change the push notifications you receive from the app, head over to Notifications & Preferences > Push Notifications and select from there.
Also, make sure notifications are turned on for the OLG App from your device settings:
For Android users: Go to Settings > Apps > ‘OLG’ App > Notifications. Make sure the toggle for 'Show Notifications' is on
For iOS users: Go to Settings > Notifications > ‘OLG’ App. Make sure the toggle for 'Allow Notifications’ is on
