DREAM DRAWS GAME CONDITIONS

These Game Conditions apply, until amended or revised, to the DREAM DRAWS lottery game.

Date of the first draw governed by these Game Conditions: July 4, 2025

1.0  Rules

  1. 1.1 DREAM DRAWS is governed by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (the “Corporation”) Rules Respecting Lottery Games which are available upon request or on OLG.ca, and which include limitations of liability.

  3. 1.2 Words used in these Game Conditions which are used in the Rules Respecting Lottery Games shall have the same meaning as those used in the Rules Respecting Lottery Games.

2.0  Game Participation

  1. 2.1 DREAM DRAWS is a lottery game where each selection consists of one (1) unique eight (8) digit number, randomly chosen by the Corporation’s central computer system (“selection” or “selections”).

  3. 2.2 DREAM DRAWS will be made available as a series of separate games that are each available only for the periods of time and in the manner prescribed by the Corporation (each, a “Series”). The Corporation may offer a Series at any time and shall make the information for each Series, such as draw dates and in-market dates, available in such manner as the Corporation may determine. A Series will only become available on the start date communicated by the Corporation, and will be available only until the end date communicated by the Corporation, subject to these Game Conditions and the Rules Respecting Lottery Games. Only one Series will be available at any one time.

  5. 2.3 The Corporation may limit how and where DREAM DRAWS will be made available. Without limiting the foregoing, the Corporation may, in its sole discretion, elect to offer a Series solely as part of a promotion at its lottery retail locations including in association with any other Corporation or Interprovincial Lottery Corporation (ILC) lottery product.

  7. 2.4 DREAM DRAWS is separate and distinct from any OLG.ca promotion or contest of a similar name.

  9. 2.5 There is a maximum of 99,999,999 DREAM DRAWS valid selections (i.e. not cancelled) available for each Series.

  11. 2.6 A ticket is valid only for the draw date printed on the ticket.

  13. 2.7 Any selection associated with a cancelled ticket will not be included in the applicable Weekly Draw. It will be removed from the available selections and will not be reissued.

  15. 2.8 A winning ticket for any Weekly Draw must have a selection that matches a winning number drawn in the applicable draw in the exact specific order ranging from 00000001 to 99999999 (“winning ticket” or “winning tickets”).

3.0  The Weekly Draws

  1. 3.1 For each Series, the Corporation will conduct weekly draws on the announced dates, after 10:30 p.m. Eastern Time (“Weekly Draws”).

  3. 3.2 For each Weekly Draw, the Corporation will draw seven hundred and fifty two (752) winning numbers from the eligible selections issued for the applicable Weekly Draw, as per the prize structure below. The order of the winning numbers drawn shall be from the highest ($10,000) Prize Amount to the lowest ($50) Prize Amount. For clarity, the first two (2) winning numbers drawn will be for the $10,000 Prize Amount; the next twenty (20) winning numbers drawn for the $1,000 Prize Amount, and so on until all draws have been completed.

  5. 3.3 Each Weekly Draw winning number will be drawn from the eligible selections issued for the applicable draw.

  7. 3.4 All selections issued before 10:30 p.m. Eastern Time on the announced applicable Weekly Draw date are eligible for the applicable Weekly Draw.

  9. 3.5 Limit of one (1) prize per DREAM DRAWS selection per Series.

4.0  The Main Draw

5.0  Prize Structure 

  1. 5.1 The Corporation may amend the Game Conditions at any time and in any manner.

  3. 5.2 The headings in these Game Conditions are for convenience of reference only and do not affect the interpretation of these Game Conditions.

  5. 5.3 Unless otherwise specified by the Corporation, these Game Conditions are confirmed to be effective as of June 30, 2025.
