1 Introduction
- 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “$200 Birthday Bonus Gift” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
- 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found by selecting here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
- 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt in to the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion.
- 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.
2 Promotion Eligibility
- 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, self-excluded or deactivated;
has made at least one (1) wager on OLG.ca within six (6) months preceding the date they have specified as their birthday when registering for a Player Account; and
have been selected to participate in this Promotion and are otherwise qualified and not precluded from participating in OLG marketing and promotions, including the Promotion, based on the application of OLG’s current policies at the time of the Promotion, including OLG’s responsible gambling policy (“Eligible Participant”). Without limiting the foregoing, an Individual will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion if that Individual is rated as high risk under 3.10 of the Responsible Gambling and My PlayBreak Policy at or before the time of the Individual’s opt-in, regardless of whether that Individual received an invitation to participate in this Promotion.
- 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the participant from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.
3 Promotion Period
- 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable as of 12:00 a.m. on April 1, 2025 and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. on June 2, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The Eligible Participant may only redeem the bonus provided as part of this Promotion for 168 hours from the time OLG sent they received the promotional email detailed in Section 4.1 (for the purposes of this Agreement, the time the email is sent is the time that is recorded in OLG’s servers and OLG will be the sole determinant of same for all purposes).
4 How to Participate
- 4.1 Eligible Participants will receive a promotional email on the date they have specified as their birthday when registering for a Player Account.
- 4.2 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must, within 168 hours from the time that the invitation email is sent by OLG;
Log-in to their Player Account;
Opt-in to the Promotion by visiting the “Promotions Lobby” or promotion details page on OLG.ca via the link displayed by the banner or email that presented this Promotion and select the “Opt In” button within the Promotion Period.
Once the Eligible Participant has opted in, they will receive a notification indicating the successful opt-in and will receive a Casino Bonus. The Casino Bonus will be visible in the Eligible Participant’s Bonus Balance. Eligible Participant’s must satisfy the Wager Requirement before the Casino Bonus can be converted from a Casino Bonus to the Eligible Participant’s Cash Balance as Unutilized Funds.
- 4.3 The amount of Casino Bonus will be provided in OLG’s sole discretion and may vary based on the Eligible Individual’s behaviour on OLG.ca.
- 4.4 Eligible Participants must satisfy the Wager Requirements detailed in these Promotion Specific Terms in order to convert their Casino Bonus to their Cash Balance.
5 Wagering Requirements
- 5.1 Unless this Promotion becomes a Merged Bonus (as detailed in the General Terms), the Wagering Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to convert the Casino Bonus to the Cash Balance are detailed in this Section 5.:
- Within 168 hours from the date that Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion is deposited into an Eligible Participant’s Player Account (the “Wager Period”), the Eligible Participant must make an aggregate eligible wager(s) to convert the Casino Bonus to their Cash Balance. The Wagering Requirement for this Promotion is as follows:
Amount of Casino Bonus Provided by OLG Wagering Requirement to Convert Bonus to Cash Balance $200 1x ($200) - The amount of an Eligible Individual’s wager(s) that is eligible toward meeting the Wagering Requirements detailed in Section 5.1(a) is subject to the Game Contribution amounts detailed in Section 5.2 of the General Terms. NOT ALL GAMES ON OLG.CA ARE ELIGIBLE TOWARD MEETING THE WAGERING REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROMOTION AND NOT ALL GAMES HAVE A 100% GAME CONTRIBUTION.
- Within 168 hours from the date that Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion is deposited into an Eligible Participant’s Player Account (the “Wager Period”), the Eligible Participant must make an aggregate eligible wager(s) to convert the Casino Bonus to their Cash Balance. The Wagering Requirement for this Promotion is as follows:
6 General Terms
- 6.1 An Individual may only participate in this Promotion one (1) time per year. The Casino Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed two hundred Canadian dollars ($200.00 CAD), regardless of the amount of the Deposit.
