TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Exclusive Access to VIP Live Blackjack Tables” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
  2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
  3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt into the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion.
  4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
    1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
    2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, self-excluded or deactivated; and
    3. have been selected to participate in this Promotion, all as determined by OLG (“Eligible Participant”).

    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

  2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus Funds or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3 Promotion Period

  1. 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable from the Promotion Start until November 2, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. (the “Promotion Period”). For purposes of this Section 3.1, “Promotion Start” means the moment at which the Promotion is made available to an Eligible Participant via promotional email delivered to the email address associated with their Player Account and or via the “Promotions Lobby” webpage of their Player Account. The Promotion Start may only occur between October 27, 2021 at 12:00 a.m. and November 2, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.

4 How to Participate

  1. 4.1 Eligible Participants can view details of the Promotion, including the access code (the “Code”) needed to redeem the Promotional Benefit (as defined in Section 4.3) either by: (i) navigating to the promotion webpage from the promotional email delivered to the email address associated with their Player Account; or (ii) navigating to the promotion webpage from the “Promotions Lobby” after having logged into their Player Account.
  2. 4.2 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must, within the Promotion Period:
    1. Log-in to their Player Account; and
    2. Launch one of the reserved Live Casino Games labelled “OLG Exclusive VIP Blackjack” (“Exclusive Games”); and
    3. Enter the Code into the pop-up field when prompted.
  3. 4.3 An Eligible Participant will be required to enter the Code each time they launch a new game session of an Exclusive Game in order to access the Exclusive Game during the Promotional Period (“Promotional Benefit”).
  4. 4.4 The Promotional Benefit grants access to Exclusive Games during the Promotion Period, but does not guarantee that a seat will be available for the Eligible Participant to directly play the Exclusive Game. Seats at an Exclusive Game are on a first come, first served basis and Eligible Participants must wait until a seat is available if they wish to play the Exclusive Game directly. Where a seat at an Exclusive Game is not available to an Eligible Participant who has accessed the Exclusive Game through the Promotional Benefit, the Eligible Participant may participate indirectly by wagering on the play of another Player seated at the Exclusive Game in accordance with the Pay-to-Play Game Rules in respect of the Exclusive Game.

5 General Terms

  1. 5.1 There is no limit to how many times an Eligible Participant may use the Promotion Benefit to access an Exclusive Game during the Promotion Period.
  2. 5.2 The Promotional Benefit is non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant.
  3. 5.3 Eligible Participants are not required to make any purchase or wager any Unutilized Funds to be eligible for the Promotional Benefit.
