Introduction
- These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “$50 Live Casino Sign Up Bonus Funds” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
- This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found by selecting here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 1.4 of the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
- The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt-in to the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion in accordance with Section 4.2.
- This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.
Promotion Eligibility
- The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
- are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
- have not previously been registered for a Player Account on OLG.ca or OLG’s legacy website; and
- register for a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement (“Eligible Participant”).
- In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.
Promotion Period
- This Promotion is available and redeemableas of 12:00 a.m. on October 13, 2021 and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. on October 26, 2021 (the “Promotion Period”).
How to Participate
- In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must;
- Navigate to the Player Account registration page via the offer banner on OLG.ca or offer page to which they were directed from the OLG.ca page that presented the offer;
- Complete the registration of the Player Account and validate their email address, then log-in to their Player Account, all within the Promotion Period;
- Once an Eligible Participant has completed the steps set out in Sections 4.1(a) and (b) within the Promotion Period, they will be provided a Casino Games Specific Bonus of $50.00 (CAD) credited to their “Live Casino Sign Up Bonus” game wallet. This can be used only for playing pay-to-play live casino games, which will include Blackjack, Infinite Blackjack, Roulette, Auto Roulette, Baccarat and Texas Hold’Em.; and
- Satisfy the Wagering Requirements within the Wagering Period, each as detailed in these Promotion Specific Terms, in order to convert their Casino Games Specific Bonus to their Cash Balance upon meeting the Wagering Requirements.
- If the Eligible Participant does not wish to participate in the Promotion, they must opt-out from the Promotion via the “Promotion Lobby” page of their Player Account or contact Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-800-387-0098. By accepting any benefit from this Promotion (including Bonus Funds) the Eligible Participant confirms they have read, and agreed, to these Promotion Specific Terms. If an Eligible Participant does not satisfy the requirements of Section 4.1, including the Wagering Requirements, the Casino Games Specific Bonus will be removed from their Player Account at the end of the Wager Period and no compensation of any sort will be provided.
Wagering Requirements
- Within six hundred and seventy-two (672) hours (which is approximately 28 calendar days) from the time that the Casino Games Specific Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion is credited into an Eligible Participant’s Player Account (the “Wager Period”), the Eligible Participant must make one or more eligible wagers which, in the aggregate, equal at least ten (10) times the total amount of the Bonus Funds provided as part of this Promotion (i.e., within the Wager Period, the Eligible Participant must make one or more eligible wagers which, in the aggregate, equal $500 CAD);
- Notwithstanding Section 5.2 of the General Terms, the percentage of an Eligible Participant’s wager(s) that is eligible toward meeting the Wagering Requirements for pay-to-play vive casino games are as follows:

GENERAL TERMS
Eligible Participant’s may only redeem the Promotion one (1) time. The Casino Games Specific Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed fifty Canadian dollars ($50.00 CAD), regardless of the amount spent on playing pay-to-play live casino games, which includes Blackjack, Infinite Blackjack, Roulette, Auto Roulette, Baccarat and Texas Hold’Em. Notwithstanding Section 9 of the General Terms, the Casino Games Specific Bonus credited as part of this Promotion will not be subject to Bonus Merging.
