1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “Get a $20 Casino Bonus When You Spend $20 on Casino Games Online” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
  2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
  3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt into the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion.
  4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
    1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
    2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, self-excluded or deactivated; and
    3. have been selected to participate in this Promotion, all as determined by OLG (“Eligible Participant”).

    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

  2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3 Promotion Period

  1. 3.1 This Promotion is available as July 5, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. ET to September 30, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). The Eligible Participant must opt-in within 720 hours from the time they received the offer. The participant will receive the offer 240 hours after registration on their promo lobby and via email (if they are opted into marketing emails).
  2. 3.2 Once opted in, the Eligible Participant must meet the Qualifying Requirements within 168 hours in order to receive the Casino Bonus contemplated in Section 4.3 of these Promotion Specific Terms. If the Eligible Participant does not meet such requirements, the Promotion will be removed from their Player Account.

4 How to Participate

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must log-in to their Player Account and opt-in to the Promotion by visiting the “Promotions Lobby” or promotion details page on OLG.ca and selecting the “Opt In” button.
  2. 4.2 Once an Eligible Participant has met the Qualifying Requirements, they will be provided a Casino Bonus of twenty Canadian dollars ($20.00 CAD) credited to their Casino Bonus balance.

5 Qualifying Requirements

  1. 5.1 The Qualifying Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to redeem the $20 Casino Bonus are as follows:
    1. Within 168 hours from the date that the Eligible Participant opts into this Promotion (the “Qualifying Period”), the Eligible Participant must wager at least $20.00 CAD on Pay-to-Play Games (i.e. casino-style games) in order to receive the Casino Bonus. If an Eligible Participant does not meet these requirements within 168 hours, this Promotion will be removed from their Player Account and no compensation of any sort will be provided.
    2. The Qualifying Requirement for this Promotion requires that an Eligible Participant make a successful wager using Unutilized Funds from their Cash Balance in the amount equal to or exceeding twenty Canadian dollars ($20.00 CAD) in aggregate during the Qualifying Period in order to be eligible to receive their Casino Bonus. Any wagers successfully made outside of the Qualifying Period shall not contribute to satisfying the Qualified Requirement.

6 Wagering Requirements

  1. 6.1 Unless this Promotion becomes a Merged Bonus (as detailed in the General Terms), the Wagering Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to convert the Casino Bonus to the Cash Balance are as follows:
    1. Within 168 hours from the time that Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion is deposited into an Eligible Participant’s Player Account (the “Wager Period”), the Eligible Participant must make an aggregate eligible wager(s) of at least ten (10) times the total amount of the Bonus Funds provided as part of this Promotion;
    2. The amount of an Eligible Participant’s wager(s) that is eligible toward meeting the Wagering Requirements detailed in Section 6.1(a) is subject to the Game Contribution amounts detailed in Section 5.2 of the General Terms. NOT ALL GAMES ON OLG.CA ARE ELIGIBLE TOWARD MEETING THE WAGERING REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROMOTION AND NOT ALL GAMES HAVE A 100% GAME CONTRIBUTION.
    3. If the Eligible Participant fails to meet the Wagering Requirements set out in this Term 6 within the Wager Period, any Casino Bonus balance in the Eligible Participant’s Player Account will be removed and reduced to zero and the Eligible Participant will not have any further eligibility to Bonus Funds or Unutilized Funds pursuant to this Promotion.

7 General Terms

  1. 7.1 Eligible Participant’s may only redeem the Promotion one (1) time. The Casino Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed Twenty Canadian dollars ($20.00 CAD), regardless of the amount wagered on Games.
