1 Introduction

1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “$15 Instant Casino Sign Up Bonus” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found by selecting here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt into the Promotion through the digital ad (as detailed in Term 3.2); or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion.
4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2 Promotion Eligibility

1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
   1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
   2. have not previously been registered for a Player Account on OLG.ca or OLG’s legacy website, PlayOLG.ca;
   3. register for a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement (“Eligible Participant”).
   Volunteers, employees, officers and directors (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the participant from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3 Promotion Period

1. 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable as of 12:00 a.m. on June 28, 2021 and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

4 How to Participate

1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must;
   1. Navigate to the Player Account registration page via the offer banner on OLG.ca or offer page to which they were directed from the OLG.ca page that presented the
   2. Complete the registration and validate their email, then log-in to their Player Account;
   3. Once an Eligible Participant has logged in to their Player Account, they will be provided a Casino Bonus of $15.00 (CAD) credited to their Casino Bonus balance. This can be used only for playing Pay-to-Play Games, slot games, instant games, powerbucks games and table games. The entirety of this Casino Bonus must be used in accordance with this Section 4.1(c) within 5 days (120 hours) of registration of the Eligible Participant’s Player Account; otherwise, the Casino Bonus balance will be removed upon the completion of the 5th day. For greater certainty, any Prize generated from such use of the Casino Bonus in accordance with this Section 4.1(c) shall be added to the Cash Balance of the Eligible Participant.
2. 4.2 If the Eligible Participant does not wish to participate in the Promotion, they must opt-out from the Promotion via the “Promotion Lobby” page of their Player Account or contact Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-800-387-0098. By accepting any benefit from this Promotion (including Bonus Funds) the Eligible Participant confirms they have read, and agreed, to these Promotion Specific Terms.

5 Wagering Requirements

1. 5.1 Eligible Participant’s may only redeem the Promotion one (1) time. The Casino Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed fifteen Canadian dollars ($15.00 CAD), regardless of the amount spent on playing Pay-to-Play Games.
