1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “OLG.ca Holiday $30 Sign-Up Offer – Spend $15 on Lottery Tickets at OLG.ca, Get a $30 Lottery Bonus” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
    • 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found by selecting here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 1.4 of the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
    • 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms or the provisions of the General Terms applicable to this Promotion, they must (i) not opt-in  to the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion in accordance with Section 4.3.
    • 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

 

2 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
    1. Are eighteen (18) years of age or older;
    2. Have not previously been registered for a Player Account on OLG.ca or any OLG legacy website (“Eligible Participant”).
    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
  2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the participant from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3 Promotion Period

  1. 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable as of 10:00 a.m. on December 20th, 2021 and shall continue until 9:59 a.m. on January 4th, 2022 (the “Promotion Period”).

4 How to Participate

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must complete the following steps:

  2. Step 1: Registration

    a. Opt-in to the Promotion within the Promotion Period by navigating to the Player Account registration page via the link displayed on the banner that presented this Promotion which will automatically populate the applicable promocode or by selecting the Promotion on the registration page which will automatically populate the applicable promocode; and

    b. Complete the registration of the Player Account in accordance with the Player Agreement and validate their email address within the Promotion Period. 

    Step 2: Play  

    c. Within 336 hours (which is approximately 14 calendar days) from the time that the Eligible Participant’s email address is validated (“Qualifying Period”), log-in to their Player Account; and

    d. Within the Qualifying Period, spend no less than fifteen dollars ($15.00 CAD) in Unutilized Funds on Draw-Based Lottery Games Played Online. 

  3. 4.2 Upon the completion of all steps set out in Section 4.1, the Player Account of the Eligible Participant will be credited with a thirty-dollar ($30.00 CAD) Lottery Bonus. If an Eligible Participant does not satisfy the requirements of Section 4.1, this Promotion will be removed from their Player Account and no compensation of any sort will be provided.
  4. 4.3 By accepting any promotional benefit from this Promotion (including Bonus Funds), the Eligible Participant confirms they have read, understand and agree to these Promotion Specific Terms. If the Eligible Participant no longer wishes to participate in this Promotion after they have completed the steps set out in Sections 4.1(a) to (c), they must opt-out from the “Promotion Lobby” page of their Player Account or contact Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-800-387-0098. If the Eligible Participant wishes to opt-out after completing the step set out in Section 4.1(d), they must opt-out by contacting Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-800-387-0098. 

5 General Terms

  1. 5.1 Eligible Participants may only redeem the Promotion one (1) time. The Lottery Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed thirty dollars ($30.00 CAD), regardless of the amount spent on Draw-Based Lottery Games Played Online.
  2. 5.2    The Promotional Benefit is non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant.
