1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “OLG RICHES - Bet $50, Get a $15 Casino Bonus” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
  2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and Conditions which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 1.4 of the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
  3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wager Requirements, Wager Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt into the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion in accordance with Section 4.3.
  4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
    1. are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
    2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, registered for My PlayBreak or deactivated; and
    3. have been selected to participate in this Promotion, all as determined by OLG in its sole and absolute discretion (“Eligible Participant”).

    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and any of OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

  2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Casino Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3 Promotion Period

  1. 3.1 This Promotion is available as of October 23, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. EST to November 5, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”).

4 How to Participate

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must;
    1. Log-in to their Player Account and opt-in to the Promotion by visiting the “Promotions Lobby” or promotion details page on OLG.ca via the link displayed by the banner or email that presented this Promotion and select the “Opt In” button within the Promotion Period.
  2. 4.2 Once an Eligible Participant has met the Qualifying Requirements in accordance with Section 5, Eligible Participants will be provided a Casino Bonus of fifteen dollars ($15.00 CAD) credited to their Casino Bonus wallet.
  3. 4.3 By accepting any promotional benefit from this Promotion, the Eligible Participant confirms they have read, understand and agree to these Promotion Specific Terms. If the Eligible Participant no longer wishes to participate in this Promotion after they have completed the steps set out Section 4.1, they must opt-out from the “Promotion Lobby” page of their Player Account or contact Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-800-387-0098 on or before November 5, 2023, 11:59 PM ET.

5 Qualifying Requirements

  1. 5.1 The Qualifying Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to redeem a Casino Bonus are as follows:
    1. Within one-hundred and sixty-eight (168) hours from the time that the Eligible Participant opts into this Promotion (the “Qualifying Period”), the Eligible Participant must wager, in aggregate, at least fifty dollars ($50.00 CAD) of Unutilized Funds on the OLG Riches Pay-to-Play Games listed in section 5.1(b) in order to receive a Casino Bonus. If an Eligible Participant does not meet these requirements within the one-hundred sixty-eight (168) hours, this Promotion will be removed from their Player Account and no compensation of any sort will be provided.

    3. The Qualifying Requirement for this Promotion requires that an Eligible Participant make a successful wager using Unutilized Funds from their Cash Balance during the Qualifying Period in order to be eligible to receive their Casino Bonus. Any wagers successfully made outside of the Qualifying Period shall not contribute to satisfying the Qualifying Requirements.

6 Wagering Requirements

  1. 6.1 Unless this Promotion becomes a Merged Bonus (as detailed in the General Terms), the Wager Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to convert the Casino Bonus credited under the Casino Bonus Wallet to the Cash Balance are as follows:
    1. Within 168 hours (which is approximately 7 calendar days) from the time that the Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion is deposited into an Eligible Participant’s Casino Bonus Wallet (the “Wager Period”), the Eligible Participant must make an aggregate eligible wager(s) of at least one (1) times the total amount of the Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion (e.g. at least fifteen dollars ($15.00 CAD) for a $15 Casino Bonus);
    2. The amount of an Eligible Participant’s wager(s) that is eligible toward meeting the Wager Requirements detailed in Section 6.1(a) is subject to the Game Contribution amounts detailed in Section 5.2 of the General Terms. NOT ALL GAMES ON OLG.CA ARE ELIGIBLE TOWARD MEETING THE WAGER REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROMOTION AND NOT ALL GAMES HAVE A 100% GAME CONTRIBUTION.
    3. If the Eligible Participant fails to meet the Wager Requirements set out in this Section 6.1(a) within the Wager Period, any Casino Bonus balance in the Eligible Participant’s Player Account will be removed and reduced to zero (0) and the Eligible Participant will not have any further eligibility to Bonus Funds or Unutilized Funds pursuant to this Promotion.

7 General Terms

  1. 7.1 Eligible Participant’s may only redeem the Promotion one (1) time. The Casino Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed fifteen dollars ($15.00 CAD), regardless of the amount wagered on Games. Eligible Participants must opt-in to the Promotion during the Promotion Period to be eligible to receive the Promotion, otherwise they will not be eligible to claim the Casino Bonus and the Promotion will be removed from their Player Account.
  2. 7.2 The Casino Bonus is non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant.
