"LOTTO MAX THRIFT DROP: GET LOTTO MAX FOR A YEAR": BONUS REDEMPTION TERMS

1. Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Bonus Redemption Terms (the “Bonus Redemption Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the redemption of the Lotto Max Thrift Drop bonus (“ Clothing Item Lottery Bonus ”) obtained by an Individual in conjunction with an Eligible Purchase in the “ THRIFT DROP: Get LOTTO MAX for a year promotion” (the “Promotion”) pursuant to the separate Promotion Terms found here. By participating in the Promotion and making an Eligible Purchase, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Bonus Redemption Terms.
  2. 1.2 The Bonus Redemption Terms are subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found by selecting here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Bonus Redemption Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
  3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Bonus Redemption Terms or the General Terms, they must not participate in the Promotion.

 

2. BONUS REDEMPTION ELIGIBILITY

  1. 2.1 The Bonus Redemption is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
    1. Made an Eligible Purchase of a Clothing Item and obtained the unique code (“Code”) associated with the Clothing Item; and
    2. have a valid Player Account that is in good standing in accordance with the Player Agreement and has not been archived, registered for My PlayBreak or deactivated (“Eligible Participant”).
  2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the participant from participating in any Bonus Redemption. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3. BONUS REDEMPTION PERIOD

  1. 3.1 The Clothing Item Lottery Bonus is redeemable only as of 10:00 AM ET on July 22, 2024 and shall continue until 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2024 (the “Bonus Redemption Period”).

4. How to Participate

  1. 4.1 To obtain the Clothing Item Lottery Bonus associated with the Promotion, an Eligible Participant must complete the following steps in the order set out below within the Bonus Redemption Period:
    1. Log-in to their Player Account;
    2. Navigate to the “Thrift Drop Landing Page” or “Promotions Lobby” and enter their Code into the ‘Have a promotional code?” field. Click ‘Apply’.
  2. 4.2 Upon the completion of all steps set out in Section 4.1, the Player Account of the Eligible Participant will be credited with a two-hundred-sixty dollar ($260.00 CAD) Lottery Bonus to their Lottery Bonus Balance. If an Eligible Participant does not satisfy the requirements of Section 4.1 within the Bonus Redemption Period, this Promotion will expire and no compensation of any sort will be provided.
  3. 4.3 Any Lottery Bonus provided pursuant to the Promotion does not expire and cannot be: (i) converted to Unutilized Funds; (ii) credited to the Cash Balance of a Player Account; (iii) withdrawn from a Player’s Available Balance; (iv) transferred; or (v) assigned.
  4. 4.4 By accepting any promotional benefit from this Promotion (including Bonus Funds), the Eligible Participant confirms they have read, understand and agree to these Promotion Specific Terms.

5. General Terms

  1. 5.1 Eligible Participants may only use one (1) Code one (1) time. The Clothing Item Lottery Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed two hundred and sixty dollars ($260.00 CAD). Maximum of one Clothing Item Lottery Bonus per Eligible Participant.
  2. 5.2 The Bonus Funds provided in connection with this Promotion are non-transferable and non-assignable and can only be redeemed by the Eligible Participant.
  3. Any Code obtained in association with the Promotion is only redeemable until 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2024, after which point the Code will expire. OLG is not responsible and assumes no liability for any lost, expired, misused, incomplete, or stolen codes, and will not replace any Codes on any basis.
