THE ULTIMATE HOME COURT ADVANTAGE
To help celebrate 30 years of Raptors basketball, OLG and the Toronto Raptors are shining a light on local organizations with deep community roots that are making an impact through basketball – legacy groups that provide positive, inclusive, and empowering spaces for their communities to grow and thrive.
Because everyone deserves to have a Home Court Advantage, and with 100% of OLG profits going back to community groups like these, everyone does.

As the first all-womens basketball not-for-profit in all of Canada, Girls Addicted to Basketball (G.A.B.) is dedicated to educating, empowering and building confidence in women to lead healthy lifestyles through the game of basketball. Since 2005, G.A.B. has fostered many diverse female athletes who have gone on to become leaders in their respective industry. Whether it is coaching, teaching, biomedical engineering, nursing or creating their own business, G.A.B’s weekly programming inspires women to achieve their personal goals.

Donations made by OLG and the Toronto Raptors will go towards creating new programming and workshops for adult women to improve their physical health and wellness.

Since 2017, Rez Hoops has provided opportunities for young adults between the ages of 18 to 30 to learn skills, create lasting friendships and continue to play the game they love through special events, programming and tournaments. Rez Hoops has hosted annual basketball tournaments in Six Nations of the Grand River Territory, facilitating skills development and motivational camps with partners like Lights Out Shooting and Six Nations Basketball.

Donations made by OLG and Toronto Raptors will go toward hosting events for young adults, coaching certifications, officials training, registrations for tournaments and empowerment workshops.

Cruisers Sports was formed in 1986 to give people with physical disabilities the opportunity to participate in sports. Cruisers Sports has since evolved into one of the largest adaptive multi-sport clubs for people with physical disabilities in the country.

The club’s mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals with physical disabilities through sport and recreational programs. As a recognized charitable organization, all funds raised are put towards the programs offered and the expensive specialized equipment needed to participate in the various sports programs.

Donations made by OLG and the Toronto Raptors will go towards programs offered and to help purchase the costly specialized equipment needed to participate.
