- Access Google Play™ store or Apple’s App Store® from your smartphone
- Choose any authenticator app to install on your smartphone. Examples: Google Authenticator™, Duo Mobile, or Microsoft Authenticator.
- You have two options to link the authenticator to your account:
- Scan the QR Code using your smartphone camera on the authenticator app.
- Enter the code manually in the authenticator app.
- If successful, the authenticator app shows a code. Return to your Account page on OLG.ca and enter the code from the authenticator app in the Complete Setup and Submit..
- If your MFA is enabled, you’ll get a “Success” notification at the top of your “Account Info” page on OLG.ca.
