1 Introduction
- 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (the “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “$30 Casino Signup Offer ” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
- 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found by selecting here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
- 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, Wagering Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt in to the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion.
- 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.
2 Promotion Eligibility
- 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
- are nineteen (19) years of age or older;
- will register for a OLG.ca account (an “Account”) for the first time, in accordance with Term 4; and
- have been selected to participate in this Promotion, all as determined by OLG (“Eligible Participant”).
- 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the participant from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.
3 Promotion Period
- 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable as of 12:00 a.m. on November 23rd, 2020 and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. on March 31st, 2022 (the “Promotion Period”).
4 How to Participate
- 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must;
- Ensure cookie functionality is enabled/allowed for OLG.ca on their browser. This Promotion utilizes cookie functionality in order to facilitate the deposit of a Casino Bonus into an Eligible Participant’s Player Account. An Eligible Participant who has cookie functionality disabled on their web browser is unable to participate in this Promotion. Please refer to the OLG.ca Cookies Policy for more information;
- Initiate the registration process for OLG.ca by selecting one of OLG’s digital advertisements marketing this Promotion (the “Digital Advertisement”) and the registration button on the landing page (the “Web Page”). Digital Advertisements may be promoted by OLG through social media, paid search, display banners, or any other media. For the avoidance of doubt, anyone who didn’t sign up through the Web Page will be not able to participate in this Promotion;
- Ensure the promo code was successfully applied. Upon landing on the registration page through Digital Advertisements, an Eligible Participant will see a notification on the top of the page indicating that the promo code was successfully applied. In step 3 (Set Your Preferences) of the registration process, this Promotion will be pre-selected under the Promotions section. The selection must be unaltered by a user to remain eligible for this Promotion;
- Complete the registration process by selecting the “Submit Registration” button;
- Successfully activate their OLG.ca Account through Account Verification email sent to the email address they provided during registration process. An Eligible Participant must activate their Account by selecting the URL link in the email.
- 4.2 Upon completing the steps in Term 4.1.a. ~ 4.1.e., an Eligible Participant will be provided a $30 Casino Bonus credited to their Casino Bonus Balance.
- 4.3 An Eligible Participant must satisfy the Wagering Requirements detailed in these Promotion Specific Terms in order to convert their Casino Bonus to their Cash Balance.
5 Wagering Requirements
- 5.1 Unless this Promotion becomes a Merged Bonus (as detailed in the General Terms), the Wagering Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to convert the Casino Bonus to the Cash Balance are detailed in this Section 5.:
- Within seven (7) calendar days from the date that Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion is deposited into an Eligible Participant’s Player Account (the “Wager Period”), the Eligible Participant must make an aggregate eligible wager(s) to convert the Casino Bonus to their Cash Balance. The Wagering Requirement for this Promotion is as follows:

- Within seven (7) calendar days from the date that Casino Bonus provided pursuant to this Promotion is deposited into an Eligible Participant’s Player Account (the “Wager Period”), the Eligible Participant must make an aggregate eligible wager(s) to convert the Casino Bonus to their Cash Balance. The Wagering Requirement for this Promotion is as follows:
6 General Terms
- 6.1 Eligible Participant’s may only participate in this Promotion one (1) time. The Casino Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed thirty Canadian Dollars ($30 CAD).
